Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Millions, we strive to provide high-quality educational blueprints and digital resources. We believe in the value of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Instant Access

Since our products (Blueprints, E-books, PDF Guides) are digital in nature and granted instant access upon payment, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once the file is downloaded or the email is sent, the product is considered “consumed.”

2. Refund Eligibility (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Purchase)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our primary product (“$0 to $1k Blueprint”).

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have purchased the product within the last 30 days.
  • You have reviewed the material and feel it did not provide the value promised.
  • (Optional but recommended to prevent abuse): You provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction so we can improve the product.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • The request is made after 30 days of purchase.
  • We notice abusive behavior (e.g., buying and refunding multiple products repeatedly).
  • The payment was made for a high-ticket coaching service (if applicable) where services have already been rendered.

3. Processing Refunds

For Indian Customers (UPI / Net Banking / Cards via Razorpay/Cosmofeed):

  • Refunds approved by our team will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Bank Account/UPI ID) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For International Customers (USD Payments via Gumroad/Stripe/PayPal):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer and country.

Note: Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank during the initial transaction are non-refundable by us.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since our system processes orders instantly:

Automatic Cancellation:

You cannot “cancel” an order once the payment goes through, as the digital file is sent immediately.

Duplicate Payments:

If you accidentally paid twice for the same product, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 24 hours.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly via email for a faster resolution before filing a dispute with their bank or payment processor. We are happy to resolve issues amicably.
