Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Digital Millions is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. However, please note that Digital Millions primarily deals in Digital Products. For Digital Products, the following policy applies:

1. Nature of Products

Digital Millions sells exclusively digital goods.

(E-books, Blueprints, PDF Guides, Video Courses, and Templates).

No Physical Shipping: We do not ship physical products (books, DVDs, boxes) to your address.

No Tracking Number: Since there is no physical package, no courier tracking number is provided.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment verification, “delivery” of the product occurs in the following ways:

  • Instant Download: You will be automatically redirected to a “Thank You” page where you can download your file immediately.
  • Email Delivery: A copy of the product (or the download link) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
  • WhatsApp Delivery (India Only): For Indian customers using UPI/Cosmofeed, you may also receive the access link via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Access is granted immediately (within 5-10 minutes) after the payment is successfully processed.
  • System Delays: In rare cases of high server traffic or payment gateway delays, email delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

4. International Delivery

Since our products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide (USA, UK, Europe, etc.).

  • Global Access: Delivery is instant regardless of your location.
  • Shipping Costs: There are ZERO (0) shipping charges for any digital product sold on this website.

5. Non-Receipt of Product

If you have made a payment but did not receive the download link within 30 minutes, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Spam/Promotions Folder: Automated emails often land there.
  2. Verify Email: Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
  3. Contact Support: If you still cannot access the product, email us immediately at tamal@digitalmillions.org with your Payment ID. Our team will manually send you the file within 24 hours.
